Carson is a Los Angeles-based brand & creative strategy consultant with 14+ years of experience building brands in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. With roots in editorial, she developed a deep instinct for voice, story and cultural relevance that has been the throughline of her work ever since.
Her most recent roles include Strategy Director at Invisible Dynamics, the agency that led a multi-year brand transformation initiative for Gap spanning brand strategy, culture strategy and social strategy—executed across multiple seasonal campaigns, brand collaborations and categories such as GapKids and GapBody. The work reignited Gap’s cultural relevance, drove eight consecutive quarters of market share growth, and has earned multiple Webby Awards, a Clio Award, and industry recognition from Ad Age, Adweek and more.
Prior, she was a founding team member of Perelel as Director of Content, a category-disrupting women’s vitamin brand that secured investment from Unilever Ventures in year two and was named Glossy Wellness Brand of the Year. She later returned as Senior Creative Director.
