Our jewelry is made with recycled gold, silver and occasionally brass. We never use nickel, lead or cadmium—ever. Our earring posts are made with hypoallergenic surgical steel.

Inesitta is a small, local business. We're so appreciative of our customers' support and will work to get your order to you as timely as possible. Because we are a small but mighty operation, please allow up to two weeks after your order has been received for your order to be fulfilled. We thank you in advance for your support and your patience.

We produce pieces in small quantities. Once a product is out of stock, we will work our hardest to restock as quickly as possible. To be the first to know when a product you love will be back in stock, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social.

All sales are final and returns are not permitted. We offer exchanges for unworn products within seven days of your delivery date, excluding sale items or products purchased during a sale. To exchange your piece, please email info@inesitta.com.

We believe in ending mass consumption and creating quality pieces that you can keep in your jewelry box for years to come. To help with that, we offer replating and repairs for any Inesitta product purchased directly through our website for a lifetime for a flat $10. To have your Inesitta replated or repaired, please reach out to info@inesitta.com. Inesitta is not responsible for shipping & handling charges. Please allow three to six weeks once we receive your product for this service.
